All around us in our local area there are plenty of easily accessible nature experiences that work well to brighten up an ordinary weeknight. A bit of firewood, some good food and a coffee pot are all you need for a lovely evening out.
One Thursday evening in October, chanterelle mushrooms picked from within the municipality and bacon from Västerbotten were cooked on the hotplate in the shelter at Luspnäset. Dessert was coffee and a modest but still clearly visible northern light reflected in Lake Uman. When the fire had burnt down and the coffee was drunk, it took a few minutes and we were back home. Outdoor living in everyday life at its very best!
